Organisation

Salcombe Yacht Club is run by the Commedore and Flag officers of the club.  These officers are volunteers, elected by the membership, at the AGM and normally serve a 2 year term.  The officers rely on a small managemnt team who are employed by the club, and various committees who comprise elected members and seconded members, as appropriate to the tasks in hand.

Suggestions and comments from members are encouraged by the club and should be addressed to the Commodore for attention.
