Yoga at SYC 4 July

We are delighted to announce that Simply Soulful Yoga will be starting a 10 week course at the SYC on Weds 4th July in the Chart Room until 5th September.
Sessions will be from 1130 - 1230 - and then feel free to stay for lunch.

All members are most welcome(Members may bring one guest each)
If you book 4 or more sessions they are £7 each(£8 to guests) or a one off session is £8(£9 to guests). If you would like to book 4 or more sessions please call the office on 01548 842593 to get your discount.
We do ask that you bring a beach towel or mat with you.
