Nevertheless, 17 boats lined up for the start of the first race of the Festive Series in which all classes

The Floral Workshop held on Weds 22 November at the Club was a great success. Our thanks go to Pam Smout who ran the workshop. All the ladies had a wonderful morning, starting  off with coffee and homemade cookies followed by a comprehensive lesson in flower arranging. The results were superb - as you can tell from the photo - do come and join us for the Christmas Wreath Workshop on Weds 29th November.

  • Winter Race Series 3

Salcombe Yacht Club Winter Series Race 3 A fresh westerly breeze with a touch of autumnal chill and the occasional patch of sunshine combined to create pleasant sailing conditions on Saturday afternoon. A spring tide low water shortly before the start lead the Race Officer to keep the fleets in the main part of the Estuary, setting a beat to Blackstone and a run down to Saltstone, followed by a Blackstone/Crossways lap
