Race Officer Peter Cook will assess the weather and decide whether the race will take place later on today and if so someone will need to volunteer to do Safety Boat.Wednesday evening duties will now also be on Dutyman.

Online entries

Open meeting and Regatta entries are being taken online this year via Sailracer and we would like to encourage as many sailors as possible to use this route. Competitors should enter at least 24 hours in advance an open meeting and to receive Regatta early entry discount please enter before July 16th.

Entry forms are still available to download at the bottom of this webpage and pay at the SYC Bar, however please be aware that we have put up the late entry fee.

Membership 2012

Subscriptions were due on 1st Janaury.

With effect from 1st April, only 2012 membership cards will be accepted in the Bar.

 Please see the Membership pages to download forms or you can collect one from the Bar or Office if you have not yet renewed your membership.

Salcombe Yacht Club welcomes members and visitors to enjoy the excellent facilities and services. The clubhouse offers a grandstand view of the harbour from the terrace and well stocked bar. Hot and cold food is offered at most lunchtimes and evenings and showers are available for visiting yachtsmen. The club has rooms that can be booked for private functions and has a wireless internet connection.

The club organises regular dinghy and cruiser racing, rallies and open meetings including Merlin Rocket Week and the Yacht Club Regatta. A social programme offers activities throughout  the year.
