PRE-SUPPER DRINKS 1830h
Our plan this year is to gather in the bar at Yealm YC which will be open from 1830. Unfortunately at the moment the Electric Ferry is unable to find someone to operate the ferry for the evening, and so we will need to use our dinghies to access the Harbourmaster's Pontoon.
Should this change we will circulate details including the ferry fare.
RALLY SUPPER 1930h
We will be seated downstairs this year, where dogs on leads are allowed. Numbers for the supper are limited to 48, so please book early to avoid going hungry. Please see menu choices below, and make sure that the "Who for" field on each meal booking is correct - this makes things a lot easier on the night (in other words don't use the skipper's name on multiple bookings). Please pay for drinks etc. at the bar on the night.
Please note that the cut off date for booking is midnight Thursday 27th August.
The latest date for meal booking cancellation refunds is 0900 on Tuesday 1st September.
