SYC Ramble - South Brent 6th December
Eleven ramblers gathered at the old South Brent Railway Station on a dry, clear day, fortunate to dodge the rain and Storm Darrah. The walk followed a picturesque path along the River Avon to Lydia Bridge, a Grade II-listed packhorse bridge with a waterfall beneath. Winter Series Race 6 - Handicap
The final race of the Winter Series saw three teams in contention for the overall series win. Heading into the last race, John Burn and George Reynolds in their Merlin Rocket were in the driver's seat, having won more races and holding a one-point lead over Fran Gifford and Frankie Burn, also in a Merlin. Winter Series Race 6 - Solo
