It’s hard to believe that it was seven years ago when Mary Berry opened our new Galley. Time moves on and we are absolutely delighted and fortunate to have two great new Chefs join us this year. Head chef Stuart King is passionate about local honest, decent, seasonal food – celebrating all that is good at SYC and supporting our local community.
