Simmonds at the ILCA 6 Youth World Championships
Salcombe Yacht Club was proudly represented by Charlotte Simmonds at the 2026 ILCA 6 Youth World Championships, held in Aarhus, Denmark, from 1119 August. The championship brought together 429 sailors from 45 countries , with 122 competitors taking part in the Youth Womens ILCA 6 fleet, providing Charlotte with the opportunity to compete against some of the very best young sailors from around the world. Solo Regatta Report
Twenty Solos assembled for the 2026 Salcombe Gin Regatta, with a strong home contingent joined by visitors from Chew Valley, Burghfield, Leigh & Lowton and Bough Beech.
