Dartmouth Rally Details and Meals
Dartmouth Rally Friday 14th June Sunday 16 June 2024
Arrive on Friday or Saturday, berthing on the Dart Harbour DA (walk-ashore) pontoon on the Dartmouth side just downstream of the Higher Ferry. Further details on WhatsApp nearer the time.
Friday evening:
On Friday evening there will be a casual supper at Dartmouth Yacht Club. There will be live music in the bar area and we have reserved a number of tables in the dining area adjacent to the bar. Food will be served from the bar menu from 6.30pm onwards (order on arrival) and the live music starts around 8.00pm. Feel free to arrive at a time that suits you, but please confirm attendance / numbers on the booking form.
Saturday afternoon:
An optional local ramble around the harbour. Led by one of our number (tbc).
Around 4.00pm, cream tea/ cake on the pontoon. Scones, cream, jam, cake provided at no charge. Bring your own mug of tea or fizz whatever.
Saturday evening;
Take the Lower Ferry to Kingswear.
6.00 for 6.30pm. Royal Dart Yacht Club terrace. Nibbles and pre-dinner drinks.
7.30pm. Dinner at Royal Dart Yacht Club.

The meal should finish by 1000pm in good time to catch the ferry back to Dartmouth. The last one leaves Kingswear promptly at 1045pm.
Dartmouth 2024 Rally berthing bookings
This year Dartmouth Harbour is allowing rallies of 8 boats or more a 20% discount on their normal visitor mooring charges and harbour dues. Lengths are calculated by the ½ metre, rounded up to the next one. Eg our Jenny T at 9.6m is charged as 10.0m.
Buy 2 nights if staying Friday and Saturday. Any nights outside those will be payable directly to Dart Harbour at their normal rates (let us know also please).
All bookings by Friday 31 May please, so we can get advance payments to Dart Harbour the following week. Later amendments can be accommodated, but advise James Calvert asap please. Refunds should be available if poor weather prevents our arrival.
Booking
Please book your berths (1 or 2 nights) by boat length and your meal choices for Saturday night.
Please also advise your boat draft (eg Jenny T 1.4m) and numbers for Friday nights casual supper.
