We're excited to host The Marlow Rope Show at SYC on Friday, 20 June @1830 a fantastic evening for sailors and boating enthusiasts alike.
Event Schedule:
- Join us at the bar from 6pm
- Lecture Presentation (Approx 1.5 hour): Gain insight into rope technology, selection, and applications - starting promptly at 6.30pm
- Supper Break at 8pm: A chance to relax and chat with fellow members & attendees.
- Practical Session: Get hands-on with a simple splice no prior experience needed!
- Q&A and General Discussion: Wrap up the evening with your questions and an open conversation.
The goal of the evening is to help everyone leave with:
- Greater confidence in choosing the right rope for the job
- A solid foundation in the basics of rope splicing
