Yealm Rally
Salcombe Yacht Club 2022 Rally to the Yealm 3rd & 4th September
Welcome to the annual SYC Rally to the Yealm.
NOTICE of PARTICIPATING YACHTS
Please advise your intention to participate as soon as possible to enable both boat numbers and rally supper numbers to be known for planning purposes stating:
- name & type of yacht (please provide LOA & Draft)
- name of skipper, contact details (mobile, MMSI)
- number of crew with names if possible
- menu choices for the supper at Yealm YC for each person (see menu below).
Please make your submissions to the SYC Cruiser webpage Yealm Rally 2022. To avoid any possible confusion re Rally Supper numbers, names and menu selections, where possible can one application please be made per participating vessel.
BERTHING
The Yealm Harbour Master has been advised in advance and is likely to try to keep the upper visitors' pontoon clear for the Rally. Larger vessels please advise if a swinging mooring is needed.
Please indicate which day you intend to arrive.
Skippers of participating yachts are responsible for settling berthing fees/ dues direct with the Harbour Master.

PRE-SUPPER DRINKS Yealm Yacht Club 1830h
Our plan this year is to gather in the bar at Yealm YC and arrangements have been made for this to be open from 1830h.
RALLY SUPPER Yealm Yacht Club 2000h
We will be seated downstairs this year where dogs on leads are allowed. Numbers for the Rally Supper are limited to 48, early applications are advised to avoid disappointment. Please see menu choices below. Payment will be at the restaurant.
Do not forget to submit your requests in good time and please give each name and menu choices.

A - Crispy salt and pepper squid, siracha aioli
B - Caramelised onion tarte tatin, goats cheese mousse
C - Chicken & mushroom parfait, crostini, red onion marmalade
~ Mains ~
D - Pork belly, sage mash, summer vegetables, cider sauce crackling crumb
E - Pea and spinach rissotto, roasted cherry tomatoes, herb salad, parmesan shavings
F - Fillet of bream, lemon crushed potatoes lobster and prawn sauce, samphire
~ Desserts ~
G- Chocolate and coffee delice, pistachio ice cream
H - Vanilla pannacota, raspberry sorbet
I - Cheese board (extra £3 suppliment per person)
Cost Two courses £24 Per Head or Three Courses £29 Per Head

PONTOON to SHORE
There is no evening harbour launch service. Please ensure you have adequate provision for tenders/inflatables (with long painter) and torches.
