SYC Ramble followed by supper at the club

A walk taking in parts of The River Avon, The Avon Estuary and Hills to North of Aveton Gifford.
Starting in the public car park in Aveton Gifford at 10am we will walkup the river valley and onto the hills above Aveton Gifford, which give good view of the Estuary. We will then drop down into the deserted valley of Combe, and back over the hill west to Ashford. From there we will follow the brook down the valley before climbing up and down into the next valley via Were Down and onto a branch of the Avon Estuary. Finally back up the Tidal Road to Aveton Gifford. About Six Miles of varied views.
