Race Week Update for Competitors & Duty Roster

Dear Race Week Competitor
Attached is the Duty Roster for Race Week. Please make a note of your duty and plan to be at the Watch House one hour before the first start in that session. If you have not been assigned a duty, your name is on a reserve list that we may draw on if needed.
PROs if you need extra patrol boat cover, Chris Winzar is on call. His mobile number is on the notice board in the Watch House.
Timekeepers we have a new starting box system. It is very simple to operate and instructions are next to it.
Sweepers - Essentially you are an assistant to the PRO - based outside of the Starting Room but in the Watch House. You will be dealing with on water incidents, and safety boat liaison allowing the PRO to concentrate on the Race itself.
Patrol Boats if you are sailing a double-handed boat, please bring your crew with you. If you are sailing a single-handed boat, please do your best to provide a crew from your own household.
Clean down the patrol boats before and after use with the disinfectant spray that is provided. Please do not refuel the patrol boats from the fuel barge unless specifically instructed to do so.
