Result of the Special General Meeting 12th March 2021

There was one item on the Agenda for the SGM: To approve the proposed change to Rule 6.1 to permit the Commodore to stand for re-election for one further year at the end of his or her 2 year term. At close of voting at 5pm 129 members had cast their vote on-line or by telephone or email, with 99.2% of the votes cast approving the resolution, which is therefore carried.  

In a further change, the General Committee has decided that the Club's AGM, normally held in May, should for this year be held instead on Friday August 13th when it is hoped that members may be able to attend in person.
