RYA Power Boat Level 2 (Juniors)

This two-day entry level course provides the skills and background knowledge needed to drive a powerboat.

It focuses on low speed close quarters handling, man overboard recovery, an introduction to driving at planing speed, and collision regulations. 

No previous experience in driving boats required.

Times 10am to 5pm

Full SYC Members Course fee £230 per person (juniors). For 3 month temporary membership please add £25 per person.

Please bring your own buoyancy aid if you have one, clothing suitable for being outside on the water, pack lunch/money and water bottle.

Cancellation Policy:

If The club or instructor has to cancel, candidates will receive a full refund.

Candidate cancellation: 

up to 24 hours prior to the course - no refund

more than 24 hours notice - full refund
